About the Temetra Meter Portal

The Temetra meter portal is the customer access service for end-users of water networks, utilies, water schemes, and other suppliers, who use Itron's Temetra meter management service.

Temetra is a globally adopted, cloud-based, multi-vendor, multi-commodity, meter data management solution. Temetra supports a variety of meter manufacturers and communications protocols enabling a smooth migration from AMR to AMI.

Storing meter read data from a variety of sources in one location, combined with other innovations like map-based routing, enhances operational efficiency. Temetra has demonstrated scalability, accommodating thousands of customers ranging in size from several hundred meters to several million, with more than 40 million endpoints hosted globally.

Temetra is registered with the Data Protection Commissioner as a data processor. The meter data viewed on this site is owned by you, and your network operator, but not by Temetra. We collect and store site access information to detect and defend against unauthorized access to the data contained within. All Temetra & the meter portal servers and data reside within these region (EU, CA, US, AU), no data is shared between these regions, your data stays within your region. No personal information is shared with any other service providers.

We constantly review and enhance the technical, physical and managerial procedures and rules to protect your data from unauthorised access, accidental loss and/or destruction. All access to Temetra and the meter portal is through industry standard secure sockets layer (SSL) technology.
